Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNMSR.DLL
2.Extract CNMSR.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNMSR.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNMSR.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNMSR.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNMSR.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNMSR.DLL and press Enter.
