Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSTB25C.dll
2.Extract CSTB25C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSTB25C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSTB25C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSTB25C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSTB25C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSTB25C.dll and press Enter.
