Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Ch3Layer.dll
2.Extract Ch3Layer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ch3Layer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ch3Layer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Ch3Layer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Ch3Layer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Ch3Layer.dll and press Enter.
