Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ChineseSupport.dll
2.Extract ChineseSupport.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ChineseSupport.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ChineseSupport.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ChineseSupport.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ChineseSupport.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ChineseSupport.dll and press Enter.
