Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Chngvrbl.dll
2.Extract Chngvrbl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Chngvrbl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Chngvrbl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Chngvrbl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Chngvrbl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Chngvrbl.dll and press Enter.
