Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ConfigEN.dll
2.Extract ConfigEN.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ConfigEN.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ConfigEN.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ConfigEN.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ConfigEN.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ConfigEN.dll and press Enter.
