Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtnApGdd.dll
2.Extract CtnApGdd.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtnApGdd.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtnApGdd.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtnApGdd.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtnApGdd.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtnApGdd.dll and press Enter.
