Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ckron61l.dll
2.Extract ckron61l.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ckron61l.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ckron61l.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ckron61l.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ckron61l.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ckron61l.dll and press Enter.
