Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cnwis204.dll
2.Extract cnwis204.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cnwis204.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cnwis204.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cnwis204.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cnwis204.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cnwis204.dll and press Enter.
