Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cxping.dll
2.Extract cxping.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cxping.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cxping.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cxping.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cxping.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cxping.dll and press Enter.
