Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATDrafting2DLCAA.dll
2.Extract CATDrafting2DLCAA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATDrafting2DLCAA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATDrafting2DLCAA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATDrafting2DLCAA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATDrafting2DLCAA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATDrafting2DLCAA.dll and press Enter.
