Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCBRSA.dll
2.Extract CCBRSA.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCBRSA.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCBRSA.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CCBRSA.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCBRSA.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CCBRSA.dll and press Enter.
