Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CMSI14C.dll
2.Extract CMSI14C.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CMSI14C.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CMSI14C.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CMSI14C.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CMSI14C.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CMSI14C.dll and press Enter.
