Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNB470P.DLL
2.Extract CNB470P.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNB470P.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNB470P.DLL.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNB470P.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNB470P.DLL in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNB470P.DLL and press Enter.
