Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CPACInterface.dll
2.Extract CPACInterface.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CPACInterface.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CPACInterface.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CPACInterface.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CPACInterface.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CPACInterface.dll and press Enter.
