Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CSTR24S.dll
2.Extract CSTR24S.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CSTR24S.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CSTR24S.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CSTR24S.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CSTR24S.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CSTR24S.dll and press Enter.
