Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CVServiceLib.dll
2.Extract CVServiceLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CVServiceLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CVServiceLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CVServiceLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CVServiceLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CVServiceLib.dll and press Enter.
