Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CareLNSInterface.dll
2.Extract CareLNSInterface.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CareLNSInterface.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CareLNSInterface.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CareLNSInterface.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CareLNSInterface.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CareLNSInterface.dll and press Enter.
