Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CircArcEx8u.dll
2.Extract CircArcEx8u.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CircArcEx8u.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CircArcEx8u.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CircArcEx8u.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CircArcEx8u.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CircArcEx8u.dll and press Enter.
