Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ConfigTabs.dll
2.Extract ConfigTabs.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ConfigTabs.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ConfigTabs.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ConfigTabs.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ConfigTabs.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ConfigTabs.dll and press Enter.
