Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ControlClass.dll
2.Extract ControlClass.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ControlClass.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ControlClass.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ControlClass.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ControlClass.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ControlClass.dll and press Enter.
