Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ControlGUIStorageOptimization.dll
2.Extract ControlGUIStorageOptimization.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ControlGUIStorageOptimization.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ControlGUIStorageOptimization.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ControlGUIStorageOptimization.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ControlGUIStorageOptimization.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ControlGUIStorageOptimization.dll and press Enter.
