Using the zip or rar file
1.Download Converse3DViewer.dll
2.Extract Converse3DViewer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Converse3DViewer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Converse3DViewer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract Converse3DViewer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place Converse3DViewer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 Converse3DViewer.dll and press Enter.
