Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cemapnet.dll
2.Extract cemapnet.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cemapnet.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cemapnet.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cemapnet.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cemapnet.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cemapnet.dll and press Enter.
