Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cerunner.dll
2.Extract cerunner.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cerunner.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cerunner.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cerunner.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cerunner.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cerunner.dll and press Enter.
