Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cmcBillVch.dll
2.Extract cmcBillVch.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cmcBillVch.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cmcBillVch.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cmcBillVch.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cmcBillVch.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cmcBillVch.dll and press Enter.
