Using the zip or rar file
1.Download convpl73.dll
2.Extract convpl73.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract convpl73.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting convpl73.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract convpl73.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place convpl73.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 convpl73.dll and press Enter.
