Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cqhstutl.dll
2.Extract cqhstutl.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cqhstutl.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cqhstutl.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cqhstutl.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cqhstutl.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cqhstutl.dll and press Enter.
