Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cymtccResFR.dll
2.Extract cymtccResFR.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cymtccResFR.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cymtccResFR.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cymtccResFR.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cymtccResFR.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cymtccResFR.dll and press Enter.
