Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CAT3DXMLScene0Importer.dll
2.Extract CAT3DXMLScene0Importer.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CAT3DXMLScene0Importer.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CAT3DXMLScene0Importer.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CAT3DXMLScene0Importer.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CAT3DXMLScene0Importer.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CAT3DXMLScene0Importer.dll and press Enter.
