Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCTlgCommonArchiving.dll
2.Extract CCTlgCommonArchiving.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCTlgCommonArchiving.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCTlgCommonArchiving.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CCTlgCommonArchiving.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCTlgCommonArchiving.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CCTlgCommonArchiving.dll and press Enter.
