Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CEJKDICTRESJP.dll
2.Extract CEJKDICTRESJP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CEJKDICTRESJP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CEJKDICTRESJP.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CEJKDICTRESJP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CEJKDICTRESJP.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CEJKDICTRESJP.dll and press Enter.
