Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CMAccount.dll
2.Extract CMAccount.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CMAccount.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CMAccount.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CMAccount.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CMAccount.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CMAccount.dll and press Enter.
