Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CNQ2414L6.dll
2.Extract CNQ2414L6.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CNQ2414L6.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CNQ2414L6.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CNQ2414L6.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CNQ2414L6.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CNQ2414L6.dll and press Enter.
