Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CrlLibrary.dll
2.Extract CrlLibrary.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CrlLibrary.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CrlLibrary.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CrlLibrary.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CrlLibrary.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CrlLibrary.dll and press Enter.
