Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CryptEx.dll
2.Extract CryptEx.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CryptEx.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CryptEx.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CryptEx.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CryptEx.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CryptEx.dll and press Enter.
