Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CtrlLib.dll
2.Extract CtrlLib.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CtrlLib.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CtrlLib.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CtrlLib.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CtrlLib.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CtrlLib.dll and press Enter.
