Using the zip or rar file
1.Download capires041a.dll
2.Extract capires041a.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract capires041a.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting capires041a.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract capires041a.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place capires041a.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 capires041a.dll and press Enter.
