Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cngl2000.dll
2.Extract cngl2000.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cngl2000.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cngl2000.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cngl2000.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cngl2000.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cngl2000.dll and press Enter.
