Using the zip or rar file
1.Download cscsettingsui.dll
2.Extract cscsettingsui.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract cscsettingsui.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting cscsettingsui.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract cscsettingsui.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place cscsettingsui.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 cscsettingsui.dll and press Enter.
