Using the zip or rar file
1.Download csdbutils312u.dll
2.Extract csdbutils312u.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract csdbutils312u.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting csdbutils312u.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract csdbutils312u.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place csdbutils312u.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 csdbutils312u.dll and press Enter.
