Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ctrl2DCoordinateSetup.dll
2.Extract ctrl2DCoordinateSetup.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ctrl2DCoordinateSetup.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ctrl2DCoordinateSetup.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ctrl2DCoordinateSetup.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ctrl2DCoordinateSetup.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ctrl2DCoordinateSetup.dll and press Enter.
