Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CATPinPubWhereUsed.dll
2.Extract CATPinPubWhereUsed.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CATPinPubWhereUsed.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CATPinPubWhereUsed.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CATPinPubWhereUsed.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CATPinPubWhereUsed.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CATPinPubWhereUsed.dll and press Enter.
