Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCEn.dll
2.Extract CCEn.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCEn.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCEn.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CCEn.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCEn.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CCEn.dll and press Enter.
