Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CCpXwO6HEMkL.dll
2.Extract CCpXwO6HEMkL.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CCpXwO6HEMkL.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CCpXwO6HEMkL.dll.

4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CCpXwO6HEMkL.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
