Using the zip or rar file
1.Download custtask.dll 2000.80.2039.0
2.Extract custtask.dll 2000.80.2039.0 from .zip. We recommend that you extract custtask.dll 2000.80.2039.0 to the installation directory of the program that is requesting custtask.dll 2000.80.2039.0.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract custtask.dll 2000.80.2039.0 to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place custtask.dll 2000.80.2039.0 in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 custtask.dll 2000.80.2039.0 and press Enter.
