Using the zip or rar file
1.Download COMReqCAV.dll
2.Extract COMReqCAV.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract COMReqCAV.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting COMReqCAV.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract COMReqCAV.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place COMReqCAV.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 COMReqCAV.dll and press Enter.
