Using the zip or rar file
1.Download CpuSim.dll
2.Extract CpuSim.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract CpuSim.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CpuSim.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract CpuSim.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place CpuSim.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 CpuSim.dll and press Enter.
