Using the zip or rar file
1.Download ch0403.dll
2.Extract ch0403.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ch0403.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ch0403.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ch0403.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place ch0403.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 ch0403.dll and press Enter.
