Using the zip or rar file
1.Download clrremove.dll
2.Extract clrremove.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract clrremove.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting clrremove.dll.
3.If that doesn't work, you will have to extract clrremove.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:\Windows\System32 (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8)
C:\WINNT\System32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:\Windows\System (Windows 95/98/Me)
4.If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place clrremove.dll in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\
5.Make sure overwrite any existing files (but make a backup copy of the original file).
6.Reboot your computer.
7.If the problem still occurs, try the following:
8.Open Windows Start menu and select "Run...".
9.Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
10.Type regsvr32 clrremove.dll and press Enter.
